Building an advanced vector database for artificial intelligence

Co-funded by the European Union

UAB "VectorTree" is implementing the European Union-funded project "Building an Advanced Vector Database for Artificial Intelligence" (No. 02-048-K-0005).

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a key driver of innovation and technological advancement across various industries. Videntifier, a leader in image and video search technology, has developed a patented vector database, NV-tree, which outperforms all other visual search databases. Recognizing the demand for fast and accurate vector databases in AI applications, UAB "VectorTree" is developing a new, unified vector database solution based on NV-tree technology.

The project aims to:

  • Develop a new database using the NV-tree algorithm to support AI applications.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for seamless customer access.
